Role overview 🚀
In this role, you’ll be at the center of driving operational excellence and commercial effectiveness across our revenue teams. You’ll act as the first line of support for Salesforce-related queries, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing sales processes, and maintaining governance standards around pricing, contracts, and territory management. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Revenue Strategy & Excellence, as well as teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce users in the revenue teams, providing support, troubleshooting, and escalation where needed.
- Deliver Salesforce onboarding and training for new team members.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality data across Salesforce and related systems.
- Lead regular data audits and cleansing activities.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to implement streamlined, scalable processes.
- Support change management when introducing new tools, systems, or processes.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and contract governance policies.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to manage contract workflows and approvals.
- Conduct pipeline and margin analysis to identify areas for improvement.
What we are looking for 🔎
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue strategy, or business process improvement.
- A university degree in a business-related or technical field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT).
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Solid analytical skills and a strong eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including at least one year as an administrator, super user, or in an equivalent role, with an understanding of its core functionalities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable collaborating across departments and regions.
- A structured, proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency.
- The ability to balance operational detail with commercial understanding.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gainsight, or Everstage.
- Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Experience with quota setting or incentive plan design.
- Understanding of how a SaaS business model operates.
