Role Overview 🚀
As a Partner Success Manager, you will ensure an optimal experience for Marketplace partners and end-users by managing partner content, offerings, and relationships within Benifex’s Marketplace. The role is crucial for maintaining high-quality partner collaboration, improving Marketplace performance, and ensuring value creation through continuous optimization and proactive communication.
You will 👀
- Manage and support
Marketplace partners, ensuring accurate content, technical functionality,
and an excellent user experience.
- Communicate proactively with
partners to handle updates, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for
improvement.
- Plan and execute partner
campaigns and activations to drive engagement and sales.
- Analyse partner KPIs
(engagement, conversion, order volume) and take actions to optimise
results.
- Support partner onboarding,
engagement, and retention across regional Marketplace offerings.
- Collaborate closely with
Partner Managers and internal teams to improve products, content, and
partner setups.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- 1–2 years of experience in a coordinating, customer-facing B2B role with exposure to technical setups - for example as a Project Coordinator, E-commerce Assistant, Technical Support, or Customer Success role, ideally in a platform-based environment.
- A passion for service and problem-solving with strong time-management skills.
- An analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs and performance data.
- Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
It’s a bonus if you also have:
- Experience working with content in platforms or CMS systems.
- Experience witin SaaS or digital marketplace environments.
- Professional skills in Danish or Norwegian.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or similar.
