Role Overview 🚀
As a QA Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the configured solutions we deliver to our clients accurately reflect their requirements gathered during the solution consulting phase. You will not be testing newly developed software or code - instead, your focus will be on ensuring the quality of configurations, workflows, and integrations.
You’ll work in a cross-functional squad where you plan and execute testing activities, discuss findings, and collaborate closely with your colleagues to deliver high-quality software. Most of your testing work will take place in Xray (Jira).
With offices in Lithuania, Sweden, the UK, Denmark, Germany, the Philippines, the US and the Netherlands, we offer a truly international environment where you will collaborate with a diverse team across multiple locations.
The salary for this role ranges from EUR 2200 to 2500 gross per month, depending on experience.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Analyze requirements
- Prepare test plans and test scenarios
- Prepare test cases for system testing
- Track defects and report bugs
- Collaborate with Application Configuration, Application Integration, Solution Consultants, and Project Managers - all part of the same squad - to deliver great solutions to our clients
- Contribute to lessons learned and support your QA colleagues to continuously improve quality
- Help implement more automation processes to make daily work more efficient.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in implementing and improving test processes (e.g., preparing test plans and test scenarios, preparing test cases for system testing, tracking defects and reporting bugs).
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
It's a plus, but not a requirement, if you also have:
- Experience working with agile methods
- Knowledge of Jira, Xray, UiPath, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- ISTQB Certification (a globally recognized software testing certification).
Personal Attributes
You’re a driven and proactive team player who takes initiative and actively seeks out potential issues before they become problems. You bring structure and consistency to your work, ensuring that every delivery meets expectations. In a small QA team, you understand the importance of taking responsibility for your own tasks while collaborating closely with others. You thrive in a cross-functional environment where teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
