Role Overview 🚀
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with enterprise customers in the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Denmark and Norway. Based in our Copenhagen office, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with a dynamic sales team across Copenhagen and Stockholm. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing SaaS business while helping reshape the employee benefits technology landscape.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Prospect and target potential enterprise customers, leading to effective meetings and engaging software demonstrations.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including marketing strategies, demos, and creating compelling business cases.
- Identify customer needs and craft strategic solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to closure.
- Actively participate in marketing and pre-sales events, webinars, and client-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- Extensive B2B enterprise new sales experience, ideally within SaaS or IT software solutions.
- Proven experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and working with partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a self-leading role.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Danish and/or Norwegian.
Bonus points for
- Experience working in HR tech or with HR-related products.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Human Resources, or similar.
- Experience selling to Norway.
