Role Overview 🚀
As a Project Manager (Pension & Insurance), you will play a central role in shaping Benifex’s benefits offering within Pension and Insurance. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our product, enhance our operational efficiency, and improve the customer and partner experience.
You will be responsible for driving both external and internal projects from idea to launch - including scoping, planning, execution, and follow-up. By continuously reviewing our offering and identifying areas for development, you’ll ensure that Benifex delivers a high-quality, competitive, and future-proof solution in a rapidly evolving industry.
In this role, you will be part of a team in our Partner Success - Marketplace department, reporting to the Product Lead for Financial Benefits, while collaborating with various other departments.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Lead end-to-end projects within Pension & Insurance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks, and implement quality control to secure successful deliveries.
- Continuously review and improve Benifex’s Pension & Insurance offering, maintaining documentation and leading complex investigations.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance benefit products and manage integrations.
- Act as the internal expert on Benifex’s benefit solutions within Pension & Insurance and relevant regulations, driving knowledge sharing across teams.
- Support Sales and Client Success by identifying client needs and presenting Benifex’s benefit solutions within Pension & Insurance.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- You have around 3–5 years experience in project management or similar within the insurance industry.
- Experience working in the insurance sector, preferably at an insurance broker and/or insurance company.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations in the Swedish market. While legal support is available, it is beneficial to have a foundational understanding.
- Technical knowledge and interest.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
Nice to haves:
- Experience from working with financial products in a digital environment.
- Experience in Employee Benefits, HRIS, Payroll or HR Tech
