• What is the application process like?

  Once you’ve applied, we will take a full look at your application. If you proceed in the process, we will contact you to schedule a first interview, and our Talent Acquisition Partner will inform you about the next step. You will hear back from us regardless of whether we decide to proceed or not within 5 business days. In general, timelines can vary by role, from initial application to final decision, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks. You’ll be kept informed at each stage.

• Will my application be read by a human?

  Yes! At Benifex, every application is carefully reviewed by our Recruitment team. We evaluate each CV against the criteria and requirements for the role to ensure a fair and thorough process.

• What should I prepare for the interview?

  We recommend reviewing the job description carefully and thinking of examples that show how your skills match what we’re looking for. It’s also helpful to prepare a few questions about the role, the team, or the company culture, interviews are a two-way conversation.

• Will there be any assessments or tasks?

  For some roles, yes. We may include a short task, case study, or presentation to give you a chance to showcase your skills in a practical way. If that’s the case for your interview, we’ll send all the details with plenty of time to prepare.

• What language do I need to speak?

  Our primary language for day-to-day communication is English since we have Benifexers from various countries. If there is a language requirement, it is specified in the job ad.

• Do you offer flexible work options?

  Yes, we understand that flexibility fuels productivity and wellbeing. While specific work arrangements may vary depending on the role and location, we generally follow a hybrid model blending in-person collaboration with the freedom of remote work. Each job listing will include details about the work setup.

• Do you sponsor visas or work permits?

  This depends on the role and location. Visa or work permit requirements (and support) will be listed in the job description if applicable.
