Once you’ve applied, we will take a full look at your application. If you proceed in the process, we will contact you to schedule a first interview, and our Talent Acquisition Partner will inform you about the next step. You will hear back from us regardless of whether we decide to proceed or not within 5 business days. In general, timelines can vary by role, from initial application to final decision, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks. You’ll be kept informed at each stage.

Yes! At Benifex, every application is carefully reviewed by our Recruitment team. We evaluate each CV against the criteria and requirements for the role to ensure a fair and thorough process.

We recommend reviewing the job description carefully and thinking of examples that show how your skills match what we’re looking for. It’s also helpful to prepare a few questions about the role, the team, or the company culture, interviews are a two-way conversation.

For some roles, yes. We may include a short task, case study, or presentation to give you a chance to showcase your skills in a practical way. If that’s the case for your interview, we’ll send all the details with plenty of time to prepare.

Our primary language for day-to-day communication is English since we have Benifexers from various countries. If there is a language requirement, it is specified in the job ad.

Each job listing will include details about the work setup.
