About the Office

Our Gothenburg office is our second-largest hub and a major centre for our tech community. With around 100 colleagues — including our Lifeplan team — it’s a bright, modern space overlooking the harbour where developers, engineers, product specialists and security experts work side by side to build the future of our platform. Regular breakfasts, fika and learning sessions give the office a relaxed, connected feel. 💚🥰

Our Office Culture

Community is at the heart of Gothenburg. Teams collaborate closely, share ideas openly and bring curiosity to everything they do — from everyday problem-solving to ShipIT days and internal hackathons. The office is proudly diverse, representing many backgrounds and languages, and we actively support colleagues who relocate. It’s a welcoming environment where you can grow your skills, and feel part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

I am excited to be part of the DevOps team. Every member of the team is highly professional and always willing to help me with various technical questions. After work, the company frequently organizes activities to help me assimilate into Swedish culture and integrate into society as quickly as possible. Benifex is an excellent company that not only involves extensive travel every year for communication with teams in other countries but also offers numerous opportunities for external learning to enhance skills.
