One highlight for me was our ‘Creative Club’ day - a dedicated time for the communications and design teams to collaborate, share ideas, and build on each other’s strengths outside of customer projects. It was a perfect example of our commitment to producing the highest quality work and exploring new techniques to enhance our everyday processes and was a very fun day for all.

I started my journey at Benifex as an Office Administrator, and I’m now proud to be in a Partnerships Executive role. From the moment I joined the SC team, and Benify in general, I felt as if I had already known everyone and felt comfortable right away. I was given tasks and responsibilities here fairly quickly, but not in the way where you feel thrown into it and overwhelmed, but with the full support of more experienced SCs around me, to enable me to grow here.

The SC team is sort of like a big extra family that you can rely on, it really feels like one cohesive team. Everyone is always willing to support each other.

It isn't always all work either! The monthly SC game time is one of the events I really look forward to, within my time here at Benify, I have become quite the player at Skribbl.
