About the office
Located right in central Copenhagen, our brand-new office is home to 20+ Benifexers across several teams. You’ll find colleagues from Customer Success, Sales, Marketplace, Business Operations and our Employee Experience Center, all working side by side to support customers, partners and each other.
As our presence in Denmark continues to grow, the Copenhagen office has become a dynamic environment where people collaborate closely, move fast and support each other every day.
The space is designed for connection as much as focus, from shared lunches and Friday breakfasts 🥐 to game corners for a quick round of table football. ⚽ Add fresh fruit, coffee, Thursday cake and Friday candy, and you get a workplace full of small, social moments. It’s a warm, energetic environment where focus and fun naturally go hand in hand.

What I appreciate most about our Copenhagen office is the strong sense of trust and closeness within the team. We've built solid relationships — both professionally and personally — which creates an open, supportive environment. Because we’re a smaller team, it often feels like a close-knit unit within a larger global organisation, giving us both autonomy and a strong local team spirit. We’re also great at coming together socially, whether it’s planned events or spontaneous gatherings. Many colleagues have been here for years, and there’s a genuine culture of helping each other across roles and areas.
