Role Overview 🚀 

As our Senior Product Manager for Sweden, you will lead the localisation, specification, and commercial success of ZellisONE in the Swedish market. You’ll transform customer, market, and regulatory insight into product strategy, define Sweden‑specific capabilities, collaborate closely with engineering and design and be a key voice in the go‑to‑market process. 

 

This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, ensuring our product is market‑fit, compliant, and loved by Swedish users. 

  

Responsibilities 🤘 

  • Serve as the internal Swedish market expert, bringing deep insight into HR, payroll, tax, and employment legislation 

  • Conduct research, interviews and discovery to shape requirements for Swedish‑specific product functionality 

  • Own the end‑to‑end specification of localised features, writing epics, features and user stories 

  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality, compliant, fit‑for‑purpose solutions 

  • Drive prioritisation using customer value, commercial impact, and technical constraints 

  • Shape Sweden’s go‑to‑market strategy, including positioning, messaging and launch readiness 

  • Support Sales with demos, customer conversations, and RFP responses 

  • Track post‑launch adoption and commercial performance, refining the product direction 

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Marketing and Leadership 

 

What are we looking for? 🔎 

  • Extensive experience in HR Technology, working to improve SaaS products for customers across the Nordic region 

  • A strong understanding of the Swedish HR, payroll, and employment landscape 

  • Experience launching products into new European markets 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity 

  • A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguity and leads cross‑functional teams effectively 

  • Fluency in English & Swedish
