We are recruiting for two temporary roles, starting as soon as possible and running until 2027.
Role overview 🚀
As an Application Configuration Specialist, you will work closely with customers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to configure, adapt, and optimize our platform to meet customer-specific needs across the Nordics.
You will build and maintain some of our most complex benefit solutions and custom content pages, ensuring a coherent, compliant, and fully tested delivery. Although your home function will be Application Configuration, your day-to-day work will take place within an Agile squad alongside specialists from several functions.
You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, onboarding new colleagues, and contributing to product roadmap discussions to ensure our platform becomes increasingly scalable and user-friendly over time.
Responsibilities 🤘
Build, design, and maintain our most advanced benefit configurations and custom pages for new and existing customers and suppliers.
Configure systems based on customer requirements and business rules within our platform.
Monitor and manage the backlog to ensure smooth prioritization and delivery.
Lead internal improvement initiatives that enhance platform scalability and team ways of working.
Onboard and mentor new colleagues to support knowledge transfer across the function.
Share best practices and technical insights across teams in a structured, actionable way.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience and performance of the platform.
What are we looking for? 🔎
Experience working in configuration/UI layers, solution consulting, or technical implementation roles.
Bachelor’s degree in systems science, computer science, web development or equivalent experience.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Comfortable engaging with customers — this role includes regular customer interaction, and you feel confident in communication.
Analytical and curious, with a genuine interest in technology.
Flexible and solution‑oriented, able to navigate change in a fast‑evolving environment.
Collaborative, enjoying teamwork and active knowledge‑sharing.
Strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to have
Experience writing JavaScript and/or HTML.
Experience with SaaS platforms.
Experience within HR or Payroll systems.
Background in benefit platforms or complex system configuration.
