Role Overview 🚀
As a Customer Activation Manager within Lifeplan, you will own and develop how the Lifeplan service communicates with and activates end users – employees of our customer companies. Your mission is to increase activation, engagement and long-term usage through relevant, measurable and engaging communication across the entire user journey. This role is highly operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on behavioural change, from first exposure to recurring use. You will work closely with commercial, product, customer success and marketing teams in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities 🤘
Own and continuously develop all end-user communication for the Lifeplan service across channels.
Plan, produce and execute communication and activation initiatives.
Own and optimise the end-user journey from an activation and communication perspective.
Work hands-on with key channels, including the benefits portal, email communication, Lifeplan.se, webinars and information campaigns.
Create engaging communication assets, including copy and simpler visual materials, or brief and quality-assure work produced by others.
Generate insights from user data and translate them into concrete improvements and actions.
Monitor, analyse and optimise performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Support Account Managers and Customer Success in client dialogues related to employee activation..
Test, evaluate and help establish new activation and communication channels.
What are we looking for? 🔎
Around 2–5+ years of experience working with activation, user journeys and conversion within B2C, e-commerce, product marketing or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with funnels, user behaviour analysis and performance follow-up.
Proven ability to create content independently, including copy and basic visual materials.
High digital proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems and platforms.
A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership from idea to delivery.
Creative judgement combined with resilience and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Bonus points for:
Knowledge of UX/UI principles or web analytics.
Experience with WordPress and/or Elementor.
Basic skills in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
Experience working with financial products or services.
