We offer compensation tailored to each location:
Lithuania: €3,160–€4,330 per month (before tax)
Sweden: Salary will be determined based on local market benchmarks and internal salary frameworks
Role overview
The Regional Training Consultant plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality training that enables Platform Delivery colleagues to thrive. You’ll own regional onboarding and ongoing learning, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting local needs.
Working closely with the Training Manager, Program Lead, and Knowledge Manager, you’ll shape training content, deliver engaging sessions, and support consultants as they develop real-world capability. This role blends facilitation, coaching, content iteration, and cross-regional collaboration to improve time-to-productivity and enhance the learner experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding programmes for new joiners in the Platform Delivery team, ensuring a smooth, structured, and supported start.
Facilitate virtual and occasional in-person training sessions, including refresher and upskilling workshops tailored to regional needs.
Coach consultants through real scenarios, providing hands-on guidance and answering day-to-day training queries.
Create and update training content in partnership with the Knowledge Manager, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with global standards.
Gather learner and session feedback through regular check-ins, using insights to iterate and improve training materials.
Escalate key themes, gaps, or improvement opportunities to the Program Lead and global peers.
Prepare and deliver training for product and process rollouts in collaboration with global teams.
Manage your own schedule, ensuring effective planning, preparation, and follow-up for all sessions.
What we are looking for
Experience delivering training, onboarding, or enablement within a technical environment.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to confidently hold a room, whether virtual or in person.
Confident communicator with excellent coaching instincts and the ability to tailor sessions to diverse learning needs.
Strong grasp of delivering technical solutions or the ability to quickly learn how our platforms and delivery processes work.
Strong organisational skills and the autonomy to manage your own diary effectively.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with global peers, SMEs, and managers.
Feedback-driven, adaptable, and comfortable iterating content and delivery based on learner needs.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority.
Bonus points for
Experience working in a SaaS, implementation, consulting, or technical delivery environment - ideally supporting clients through configuration, setup, or solution rollout.
Familiarity with Confluence, Thrive, or similar knowledge platforms.
Experience working in global or distributed teams.
Background in onboarding, operations training, or technical customer delivery environments.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and content innovation.
