About the office 💚

Located in Vilnius, our office is home to around 45 Benifexers across different teams and functions. It’s a welcoming and energetic space where collaboration comes naturally, and people genuinely enjoy working together.

We work flexibly, people choose when to come into the office, but Tuesdays and Thursdays are our main social days (and pet-friendly days 🐶, when some of our four-legged colleagues join us!).

The office also offers areas to unwind and connect, whether that’s a quick table tennis match 🏓, a game of table football, or simply catching up over coffee.

Our office culture

Vilnius has a strong sense of community and togetherness. We regularly come together for monthly breakfasts 🥐, after-work activities like board game nights, and a variety of celebrations throughout the year.

From Shrove Tuesday traditions and Halloween fun 🎃 to summer events and wellness days, we make time to celebrate both local traditions and team milestones.

It’s a supportive and positive environment where colleagues are professional, approachable, and always willing to help each other succeed. There’s a real sense of shared ambition, and everyone contributes to building something meaningful together.
