For this role, we are open to applications from the UK (remote, with occasional travel to the Southampton office), Vilnius, Lithuania and Stockholm/Gothenburg, Sweden. If you want to learn more about country-specific benefits, please visit our career page.
We offer compensation tailored to each location:
UK: £45,000–£55,000 per year
Lithuania: €3,160–€4,330 per month (before tax)
Sweden: Salary will be determined based on local market benchmarks and internal salary frameworks
Role overview
The Training & Enablement Program Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for building, governing, and continuously evolving the global learning architecture for our Platform Delivery team. This role designs scalable learning pathways, readiness frameworks, and standards that ensure teams can adapt confidently to new products, processes, and capabilities. Working closely with the Regional Training Consultants and the Knowledge Manager, you’ll ensure global alignment while driving data-led improvements across the training ecosystem. With a strong focus on governance, analytics, and strategic planning, you will provide clarity, structure, and consistency to enable world-class performance across regions.
Responsibilities
Build, update, and improve global learning pathways, assessments, and readiness frameworks.
Set clear standards for how training is delivered and use data to monitor and improve quality.
Review readiness and performance insights to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Work with Regional Training Consultants to understand training needs, validate updates, and support their ongoing development.
Partner closely with the Knowledge Manager to ensure training materials and documentation stay aligned and up to date.
Help plan for new product and process launches by assessing what training changes are needed.
Run regular governance sessions and alignment meetings to keep all regions consistent and working to the same standards.
Contribute to how we measure training effectiveness by improving metrics, analytics, and reporting practices.
What we are looking for 🔎
Experience creating learning pathways, evaluating training programmes, and working with training data or analytics.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design scalable frameworks and long-term training solutions.
Great at collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including product and delivery stakeholders.
Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into clear recommendations and practical improvements.
Able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, using confident communication and emotional intelligence.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and long-term projects at the same time.
Someone who values quality, enjoys problem-solving, and brings fresh ideas and innovation to their work.
Bonus points for:
Experience working in multiregional training or enablement environments.
Familiarity with knowledge platforms such as Confluence or Thrive.
Experience in SaaS, learning design, or product-driven organisations.
