Role Overview 🚀
This role sits within our Change Management function and operates within a dedicated cross-functional team alongside a Project Manager and Change & Business Readiness Lead. You’ll focus on re-engineering how we deliver customer implementations, shifting the organisation from manual, services-heavy delivery to a scalable delivery model. Success in this role means designing data-backed, future-proof processes that materially accelerate speed to value for our customers. As part of this transformation, you will introduce new processes, tools, and AI capabilities, ensuring the business is ready to adopt and use them effectively. This is a high-autonomy role suited to someone who loves ambiguity, transformation, and driving meaningful change at pace.
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC), giving you the opportunity to play a key part in a high-impact transformation initiative within a defined project period.
Responsibilities 🤘
Map complex end-to-end “As-Is” workflows and design scalable, standardised “To-Be” operating models.
Conduct quantitative value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks, validate assumptions, and build compelling data-driven business cases.
Collaborate with Product, Change, and Delivery teams to transition Benifex from bespoke delivery towards a repeatable SaaS-led implementation model.
Analyse how new tools and AI initiatives can improve internal workflows and platform delivery.
Work closely with the Change & Business Readiness Lead to ensure new processes are fully documented, adoptable, and operationally feasible.
Facilitate expert-level workshops that challenge existing thinking and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Act as a senior advisor to elevate best-practice business analysis standards across the transformation function.
What are we looking for? 🔎
3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to multiple organisations.
Strong track record in transformation environments - such as M&A, operational restructuring, or large-scale process redesign.
Experience working within SaaS organisations and understanding the balance between scalability and bespoke customer demands.
Expert facilitation skills with the ability to lead challenging workshops and resolve conflicting viewpoints.
Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of autonomy and to deliver end-to-end outcomes from ambiguous briefs.
A constructive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions where needed.
Pragmatic approach to designing realistic, sustainable, and scalable solutions.
