Role Overview ๐
Weโre currently looking for someone to join our Corporate Benefits team as a Pensions Specialist. In this role you will work closely with our Workplace Savings team, supporting them and our customers with varied administration tasks covering pension topics. You will need to be able to multi-task like the best of them, prioritise your work on a daily basis and ensure that communication is maintained with providers, clients, and internal stake-holders at all times.
Responsibilities ๐ค
Preparation of Pension Governance Decks/collateral
Assisting with Data issues and schedule preparation
Dealing with customer and provider queries
Checking Reports
Reconciliation and P&L checks
Support with re-enrolment projects
Updating OneHub content manager
Uploading Schedules to Providers Skills and Knowledge
What are we looking for? ๐
Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, namely Excel and PowerPoint - the bulk of the role is producing governance reports for our Pension Consultants, therefore a basic/intermediate understanding of how both work separately and in conjunction with one another is key
Good Communication - you'll be liaising between our Pensions Consultants, providers and customers, so being able to adapt communication style to suit the recipient is key
Customer Service - as well as producing reports for the Pensions Consultants, you'll also be aiding any customers or providers with their queries or requests, so providing excellent customer service is essential to keep our stakeholders happy.
You will have a good eye for detail and a meticulous approach to your work - we're regulated by the FCA so need to get things right first time.
