Our DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) Champions are colleagues who, alongside their core roles, actively contribute to building a more inclusive and equitable workplace at Benifex.
DEI Champions play an important role in bringing our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging commitments to life. They act as listeners, advocates and collaborators, helping to amplify different perspectives and create safe spaces where Benifexers feel comfortable sharing what they need to feel respected, supported and included. Through close collaboration with teams across the business, our Champions help ensure that inclusion is not just a principle, but something we practice every day.

Kirah Richards, Associate Health Consultant
I am deeply interest in the world around me and how different cultures, histories and ways of thinking shape people’s lives. I’m curious about how attitudes vary across countries and I value the perspective that comes from stepping outside my own experiences and learning from others. This interest helps me to see diversity as something to be explored, celebrated and continually learned from, not something to be hidden and homogenised.
Tatiana Sung, Senior Project Manager
I care deeply about people feeling seen, heard and valued. I want to help create safe spaces where colleagues can talk openly about their experiences and work closely with HR to advocate for change, share insights and be a voice for those who might not always feel confident speaking up.

Understanding people's emotions and nonverbal cues has always come easily to me and I've found joy in connecting with others on a deeper level. As a DEI&B Champion, I see an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping a workplace culture where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered.
Aleksandra Moczulska, Senior Communications Consultant
In my role as a Senior Communications Consultant, I'm responsible for leading on the communications workstreams, but also I need to ensure that I constantly challenge bias in messaging, advocate for inclusive language, and make sure everyone’s voice is considered. I’m confident speaking up, asking the hard questions, and pushing for change when it matters.
