Role Overview 🚀

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and building customer solutions in line with agreed scope, implementation methodology, and quality standards. Working closely with Solution Consultants and other delivery specialists, you will ensure platform functionality is configured, tested, and delivered successfully. You'll contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle, supporting testing activities, resolving issues, and helping customers prepare for go-live. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical configuration, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities 🤘

• Configure, build, and test platform functionality in line with customer requirements and delivery standards.

• Collaborate with Solution Consultants to ensure requirements are understood and technically achievable.

• Support testing activities, defect resolution, and customer readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Create and maintain implementation documentation and customer knowledge articles.

• Manage your workload effectively, communicating progress and escalating risks or blockers where required.

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Experience implementing SaaS products in an Implementation Consultant, Configuration Consultant, or similar delivery-focused role.

• Experience configuring software solutions against business requirements and following defined delivery methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality configuration, testing, and documentation outputs.

• Experience supporting system testing and user acceptance testing, including defect investigation and resolution.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
