Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship and require to people to be based in the UK for this position. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a start date as soon as possible.
Role overview 🚀
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles. You'll need to be comfortable hiring across services and delivery-focused roles (e.g. Project Managers, Platform Delivery Specialists, Integration Specialists, Application Configuration Specialists, Solution Consultants, etc.).
Working in close partnership with hiring managers, you’ll provide expert advice on role definition, sourcing strategy and market insight, while owning delivery timelines and candidate experience. You’ll manage multiple roles concurrently, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities 🤘
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff through to offer.
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria and realistic timelines.
Delivering roles at pace while maintaining quality, consistency and fairness.
Building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Advising on recruitment best practice, assessment approaches and labour market conditions.
Proactively managing expectations, risks and changes throughout the hiring process.
Sourcing proactively using a broad mix of tools, outreach and talent pooling.
Ensuring a professional, engaging and inclusive candidate experience end to end.
Managing a high‑volume hiring portfolio.
What are we looking for? 🔎
Proven experience in an in‑house, agency or embedded recruitment role.
A track record of delivering on multiple roles concurrently across operations, services, customer delivery, or similar business areas.
Strong hands‑on sourcing and direct hiring capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience recruiting across different disciplines, regions or levels of seniority.
Experience hiring for customer-facing or implementation-focused roles is highly beneficial.
A delivery mindset with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
Bonus points:
Experience from a B2B SaaS environment is highly beneficial.
Experience recruiting globally and supporting hiring across multiple regions is also considered a strong advantage.
