Role overview🚀
As Strategic Partner Recruiter, you will play a key role in expanding Benifex's partner ecosystem across Sweden. You will identify, engage and secure new strategic partners for our Benefits and Deals propositions, helping us deliver even greater value to our customers and end users. This is a true new-business role where success comes from building strong pipelines, creating commercial opportunities and turning prospects into long-term partnerships. Working closely with colleagues across the wider partner organisation, you will combine a proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial judgement and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities🤘
Research and identify prospective partners.
Build and prioritise a targeted prospect list in collaboration with the your team and the wider partner organisation.
Own outbound prospecting and generate your own opportunities with prospective strategic partners.
Lead the complete partner-acquisition process, from initial contact and qualification through commercial discussions, negotiation and signed agreement.
Collaborate closely with your team and the wither partner management organization.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and commercial momentum
Contribute to the development of the Nordic partner proposition, with your main focus on Sweden.
What we are looking for
3+ of experience within B2B sales, business development, partner acquisition, account management or a similar commercial role.
A proven track record of generating opportunities through outbound prospecting and self-sourced business development activities.
Experience managing commercial opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and signed agreements.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, prioritise and evaluate business opportunities.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive, resilient and results-oriented mindset.
Strong ownership mentality combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Bonus points for:
Experience working within a marketplace, digital platform, SaaS or ecosystem-based business.
Experience building commercial relationships with enterprise organisations and recognised consumer brands.
Experience within partnership sales, supplier acquisition or strategic business development.
Experience working within a larger or similarly complex organisation
Experience operating across Sweden and other Nordic markets.
